The metal goes through the process of shunting and welding, so there is a welding line in the hollow profile. There are two reasons for the gap: one is the shunt hole, the welding chamber is narrow, the metal supply flow is insufficient, the metal does not form enough hydrostatic pressure in the welding chamber, and the product is not welded well and flows out of the die hole, resulting in the welding of the product The gap; is caused by excessive lubrication and poor lubrication caused by poor welding of hollow profiles.

Streaks appear on the outer surface of stamped profiles, which are more obvious after anodizing. This defect is mostly seen in the part with a large wall thickness difference, the welding part of the metal under the shunt bridge, and the back of the inner side with “branches” and threaded holes. Causes: The “branches” inside the profile and the threaded hole parts cause surface stripes due to insufficient or excessive metal supply; the surface stripes of the profile are caused by the welding area under the mold shunt bridge; the problems in the design of the profile section, due to The wall thickness difference is large, and the part of the working belt with a sudden change in length will produce striped color difference after anodizing. Due to the insufficient cooling capacity of the machine, the black spot area after anodization is caused; the texture of the billet itself is not good, which affects the stripes after anodization of stamping chromatic aberration.

The reason for the concave arched surface of the aluminum partswall is that the working belt of the aluminum partsmold core is lower than the working belt of the die hole of the lower mold, and the effective length of the mold core working belt is too short. The reason for the convexity of the shell wall of the aluminum profile: the mold has been used for too long, the working belt of the mold core is severely worn, grooves appear, and the friction resistance is increased. The slow metal flow causes the hollow profile wall to protrude.

Unreasonable ways of bending and twisting the aluminum parts.
The unreasonable coordination of the working belt between the mold core and the lower mold hole causes uneven metal flow velocity in various parts of the aluminum parts; the size and position of the split hole of the symmetrical hollow profile mold are asymmetrically processed, and the metal supply flow is unbalanced, causing uneven metal flow velocity; The processing of the split hole is irregular or there are obstacles on the core to hinder the flow of metal. Solution: Grind the core or the outlet of the split hole with an appropriate method, and expand these split holes appropriately if necessary to balance the material supply; remove the obstruction by grinding.
