In terms of customizing the aluminum case, special attention needs to be paid to the three major aspects of weight, portability, and protection.

First, weight. The weight of the aluminum instrument case should not be too high. As an aluminum alloy case,
the weight of the case needs to be considered emphatically. The aluminum profile is the preferred material for shell
customization. An aluminum profile shell is a light metal with low density and is lightweight. Compared with other
non-ferrous metals, aluminum profile shells can obtain lighter weight under the same volume.

Second, portability. Whether it is convenient for users to realize the purpose of “use whatever you want” is also
the focus of customization of the handheld aluminum instrument shell. How to improve the portability of the case,
in addition to the additional configuration of components that are convenient for carrying, for the basic aluminum case,
its length, width, and height structure is a direct factor. Any value that exceeds the normal acceptance range of the human
body will cause the casing to be difficult to carry. Furthermore, the design of the curved surface of the shell is also particular.
If you want to create a highly portable aluminum shell, it is very important whether the detailed design of all aspects is in line with human mechanics.

Third, protection. As long as any item moves, there will be the possibility of accidents, especially the hand-held aluminum case.
Therefore, the protection of the aluminum casing also needs attention. Protection does not only mean that the internal
components are not damaged, but the outer shell also needs to be protected as much as possible. The use of ring-type
protective sleeves, installation of protective devices, and nickel plating on the surface of the shell are all a series of measures
that can improve the protection of the aluminum shell.
